<p>Look’s like Cornwell is the spot. Being a such demanding sport, a good exercise program can increase your condition in order to improve your surf. Strengh, balance and endurance. Later on i’ll post a complete workout example about this subject.</p>

<p>Running a Marathon (43.2km &#8211; ouch) keeps becoming more popular year after year. The spirit and the love for the sport is huge all over the world. From athletes to amateur, everybody can do it. But also everybody can get injured. The effort is big and the high impact can damage your joints. If you&#8217;re preparing yourself for one, be aware that just cardio training is not enough.  Resistance training is crucial for keeping your joints stable. Your ankles, knees and lower back are quite vulnerable when running long distance running. But a specific resistance training program can help you avoid injuries and perform better.</p>
<p>Other important elements of running a successful marathon:</p>
<p><strong>1 &#8211; Nutrition</strong> is very important, before, during and after the effort.<br />
<strong>2 &#8211; Comfortable clothing</strong> is other another key factor &#8211; during a long race, your body will have a lot of friction and needs to maintain the right temperature. I highly recommend a pair of running tights from asics and dry fit running shirts from Nike.<br />
<strong>3 &#8211; Running shoes</strong> &#8211; I strongly advice <a href="http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/">Vibram 5Fingers</a> or <a href="http://www.terraplana.com/index.php">TerraPlana</a> Barefoot running shoes but if your not used to run barefoot it takes a couple of weeks to get back to human nature and run without &#8220;devil&#8217;s trainers&#8221;. If your race is soon keep running with  the old shoes. Change then progressivly.</p>

<p>Sometimes we just notice curious things during the day. To be sincere, i&#8217;m always away of what&#8217;s happening around me, i have my own world. I like to think it helps me to avoid this stressed world. But this time even a blind would notice this!!<br />
Today&#8217;s society it&#8217;s very focus on health and body/image care so a lot of people do exercise and have a healthy diet (or at least they think they do…)<br />
Was exactly this i noticed the other day. A lady next to me eating a very healthy salad. If i remember it had couscous, baby leafs, carrots, a a few things more. Until here fine. When she finished her salad she takes out of nowhere half a chorizo and start eating it alone!! She finished it all. What a good time she had!<br />
And this is the point i would like to warned you about. It&#8217;s not enough have a healthy meal and then have whatever you want after trough the day. Eating well is a lifestyle. You can&#8217;t (our you shouldn&#8217;t) change year of bad habits in one day. Take your time but make permanent changes. The important is to notice the benefits and <a href="http://oitoo.com/services">feel good</a> about it. It will motivate you to keep going.</p>
